On My Honor Adult Award
We held our Court of Honor tonight, coincidentally on the BSA's birthday. A few Stars, some merit badges, a few Tenderfoots for the new scouts. Unbeknownst to me, the bishop "wanted a couple minutes." I thought he had some spiritual thoughts to give, but he had an award for me. It has been three years since I was made Scoutmaster. In the LDS faith, that qualifies you to be given the "On My Honor" Adult Award. It was a great honor and I hope that my contribution has been and will continue to be meaningful to the youth that I serve, and the leaders that I serve with.
